Bramcote swimmers Natasha Hofton, Luke Howdle, Thomas Howdle and Oliver Cooper competed at the recent 2009 Midland Age Group Championships in Coventry.
Each of these swimmers train and compete for the Nottinghamshire County Squad, NOVA, and did both Bramcote and the County proud. Natasha continued her dominance of female swimming in the region taking the 13 year olds BAGCATS title.
Luke continues his rise to the top as well taking the 200M Breastroke title and finishing fourth overall across the Boys 14 years age group.
Both Natasha and Luke will be representing NOVA and Bramcote at this summer’s National Championships. Competing in his second Midlands, Thomas Howdle swam well in the 100M Freestyle, 200M Freestyle and 200M I.M.
Oliver Cooper, competing his first Midland Championships achieved a great sixth place overall in the boys 10 years age group. The future is looking really bright for Both Thomas and Oliver.
